Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was released on bail in the ongoing narcotics case and now the Court says nothing objectionable was found in the WhatsApp conversations.

The Court ordered, “There is hardly any positive evidence on record to convince this Court that all the accused persons with common intention agreed to commit an unlawful act.”

“The mere fact that the applicants were on the cruise could be considered a sufficient foundation for applying the provisions of section 29 (conspiracy) of the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act,” the court stated.

Aryan Khan along with Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant was arrested by NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) during a raid at the cruise ship party on October 3rd, 2021.

According to the High Court, NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) cannot rely on the alleged confessional statements recorded by the investigating officer so they’re not binding.
