Hassan Ali, Pakistan’s right-arm fast bowler is trending at number 1 on Twitter while twitteratis are complaining about his performance.

Many fans came in support of Ali’s performance in the semifinal (PAK vs AUS) while he continued to receive backlash over the dropped catch and giving three sixes in the match last night.

Babar Azam backed Hassan up in the post-match press conference but also, admitted that catches do have an impact on the outcome of a match, and stated: “If the catch was taken then the scenario would have been different but it is part of the game.”
