Former Chinese-tech market leader, Huawei, has reportedly announced to launch its next-gen foldable smartphone next year, i.e. February 2022.

Digital Chat Station claims the new foldable phone will be launched by the company in the second month of the year 2022. Moreover, the Mate 50 series phones will hit the markets alongside the foldable.

Apart from this, the new phones are being tested on its various new features, for instance OLED screen and under-display fingerprint scanner. Furthermore, the reports say that Huawei is working next to Samsung Display so as to launch the POL-LESS OLED technology in its new smartphone. The technology is known for increasing the brightness level by 20-30%.

Apart from the upcoming foldable device, Huawei already has a series of Mate X and its variants under its portfolio of folding phones. The company is also planning to launch an inward folding phone just like that of Samsung, by the end of the year 2021.
