A video has gone viral on social media of an elderly woman falling from the 19th floor of a building, the 82-year-old woman was found swinging upside down on a clothing rack.

An 82-year-old woman was shown in a terrifying video swinging upside down on a clothing rack after falling from the 19th story of a building in Jiangsu Province, eastern China.

The victim luckily survived due to immediate action taken by firemen. The firefighters managed to save the woman by tying a rope to her and pulling her down to the 18th level.

According to reports, the elderly woman was hanging clothes on the 19th level when she collapsed. The woman was rescued without significant injuries, netizens breathed a sigh of relief and praised the firemen.

South China Morning Post’s has already received 1,02,000 views on Twitter. It was published on November 23 and has since gone viral.

“What a miraculous escape,” wrote one Twitter user, Asokan K B, while another, Sunil Chowta, added, “Wonderful job by the Firefighters.”
