It has been over two days since a British man and a French lady disappeared while diving off the coast of Malaysia.

An 18-year-old high school student and her 46-year-old father have been found safe and well after they went missing on Thursday night.

According to Mersing district police head Cyril Edward Nuing, “both persons… are said to be in stable condition.” Nuing further noted that the two had been brought to a hospital.

Nathan Chester, the 14-year-old son of Mr Chester, is still missing.

Officials have now widened the scope of the search and sent out two planes, 18 boats, and roughly 90 people in all.
