Since the beginning of 2021, China has solved around 11,000 instances involving illicit cross-border gaming and fraud, according to the National Immigration Administration.

According to the authorities, 15,000 persons engaging in unlawful outbound cross-border gambling activities have been apprehended, and 290 groups orchestrating such illicit activities have been arrested.

Any information on such cross-border gaming activities should be submitted to public security authorities, according to the administration, which also stated that the administration’s tip-off hotline 12367 welcomes such information.
