South Korea’s Eun-Hee Ji didn’t lose an opening as she crushed Madelene Sagstrom in the quarter-finals of the LPGA Match-Play occasion in Las Vegas.

The match finished after the twelfth opening at Shadow Creek Golf Course, so early Ji didn’t actually understand the match was over until her caddie told her.

“I didn’t have a clue about that was my last opening, so I was thinking like, Oh, I truly drained like from now, and afterward, OK, I want more center since I need to get speedier,” Ji said.

Each and every other quarter-last match was chosen in a season finisher.

Lilia Vu beat Jenny Shin of South Korea on the subsequent season finisher opening, Japan’s Ayaka Furue crushed Jodi Ewart Shadoff on the fourth season finisher opening, while Andrea Lee required two season finisher openings to dispatch upstart Gemma Dryburgh.

The 64-player field was isolated into 16 gatherings of four in a cooperative gathering stage that finished Friday.

The gathering champs progressed to a 16-player, single-disposal section. The eight players in the quarters progressed from the knockout stage prior in the day.

Ji will play Lee in Sunday’s semis while Furue draws Vu.

Furue said she was more intellectually depleted than genuinely.

“Coming into the back nine, I was 4-down thus it was pretty intellectually depleting depending on attempting to get a few birdies and give myself enough open doors get those birdies, so I would agree that that is the reason it’s so intellectually depleting,” Furue said.

Lee finished the Cinderella run of Dryburgh, who acquired passage into the field Tuesday night. Dryburgh darted to a three-up lead and drove two-up at the turn.

“You can’t actually expect your rival commit errors. You must let yourself know that you should be the one to make the birdies and the putts,” said Lee. “That is what we both did descending the stretch.”
