Lahore: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to form an infrastructure committee in order to host the Champions Trophy in 2025.

According to sources, the committee will work on the infrastructure to host the ICC event, and will go beyond resources to improve infrastructure.

Arif Saeed and Javed Qureshi of the governing board will also be included in the infrastructure committee, sources said.

Sources further said that the PCB is eager to prepare three venues for hosting the PCB ICC Champions Trophy.

It should be mentioned here that Pakistan are currently holding the prestigious Champions Trophy title as it last took place in 2017.
