The spouse of a teacher killed in a shooting in Uvalde, Texas, died of a heart attack on Thursday.

According to reporter Ernie Zuniga, Joe Garcia was the husband of Irma Garcia, one of the two teachers killed in Salvador Ramos’ attack on Robb Elementary School on Tuesday. Joe and Irma leave four children behind.

Garcia died Thursday as a result of “grief” or a medical problem, according to many Twitter and GoFundMe pages.

Garcia died two days after Ramos attacked the primary school.

Ramos, according to authorities, posted three times on Facebook in the 30 minutes preceding his attack. “I’m going to shoot my granny,” Ramos claimed in his initial post.

“I’m going to shoot an elementary school,” he claimed in his third post.

Ramos’ grandma is still critically injured after being shot in the face.
