Hajra Yamin has a strong voice, is talented, and is brave. She never backs down in the face of social pressure and always speaks her mind. Although she has participated in a few routine projects, she typically attempts to take on roles that are unique and provide the audience with something. She recently signed up for the webseries Sevak, which depicts the true face of fascism taking place in India. She has worked in films like Pink Memsaab. In the project, Hajra portrayed Vidya, an Indian reporter.

In a recent interview, Hajra was questioned about her decision to collaborate with Mohsin. She responded that because there are so few female roles in our industry that are original and do not feature a damsel in distress, she will never leave her position as a professional and will only take the opportunity if she is offered a decent role. She can, however, choose not to attend award ceremonies or other gatherings where such accusers are given a stage, and she will give that serious thought.
