She demands that her house employees maintain everything in order, from her collections of kitchenware to her coffee tables, in a specific arrangement.

Rubina also mentioned that her family occasionally gets upset with her for being such a perfectionist. She claimed that since she is unchangeable, she has no qualms about replacing the house staff if they are unable to follow instructions effectively. She even claimed that because she is accustomed to having things done her way, she plans to move into a hotel when she becomes too old to follow the staff about the house. This will allow her to continue receiving the services she prefers. Even the hotel personnel, according to Rubina’s daughter Minna Tariq, would be unable to keep up with her, she said.
