She was also recently seen in a film alongside Farhan Saeed, Iman Aly, and Feroze Khan. Sonya is now a part of a new drama Tera Bina Main Nahin, following the release of Tich Button.

Sonya appeared on Good Morning Pakistan and revealed some previously unknown facts about her life. She revealed that she used to have really long hair, but she cut it for a commercial she did. Sonya revealed that it was her advertisement, and she was offered a large sum at the time, and when asked if she could cut her hair for another shot, she said yes.

Sonya revealed that she received one lakh rupees for the advertisement, which was a large sum for her at the time. And she had her hair cut in half for it, which surprised her family.
