Recently Bushra appeared on the morning show of Nida Yasir where she discussed the challenges and difficulties of married life.

According to Bushra, when she first got married, her sister called her Shamim Ara for deferring to her husband. She was upset that her Dulha had instructed her not to wear a Gharara, but she obeyed the directive. She was also advised not to meet with certain friends, so she said those friends goodbye in order to please the other person in her life.
