In Karachi. Anusha Afridi, the second oldest daughter of former Pakistani captain Shahid Afridi, and fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi wed on Friday in a private Nikah ceremony.

The wedding of Shaheen Afridi attracted a lot of interest, which sparked excitement on social media and led to followers wishing the couple well.

Shaheen is seen exchanging vows at Zakria Mosque in a video that is becoming viral online. The bride’s father, Shahid Afridi, as well as a large number of other family members, were with the groom. The Nikah was solemnized by Maulana Abdul Sattar.

Similar to her older sister Aqsa, Ansha was recognized as a Fatemi Mehar and granted the right to the Mehar-e-Fatima dowry, which alludes to the dowry granted to the Lady of Paradise, Bibi Fatima al-Zahra, by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). This quantity is equal to 1550 grams of silver or 500 dirhams, 131 tolas, 4 mashes, of silver. At the current silver prices, 131 tolas of silver are worth more than Rs300,000.

Shahid Afridi uploaded a picture of the newlyweds earlier and with a heartfelt remark. A daughter, according to him, is like a lovely flower in a garden, full of joy, love, and blessings. He congratulated the newlyweds and rejoiced the happy event in his role as a proud parent.
