Adnan Zafar, commonly known as Ken Doll, is a well-known international social media influencer who previously worked in Pakistan’s hotel management industry. He began working for the Serena Hotel and eventually moved to Dubai to continue his career there. Adnan claimed that he had put in a lot of effort after hearing people say that he reminded them of Barbie’s husband Ken Doll. He claimed that a number of cosmetic treatments helped him turn himself into this figure.

In an interview with Amna Isani for AHI, Ken Doll discussed having a nose job that cost him 15 lac rupees. He claimed that Khushal Khan is naturally built this way, but he still spent the money. Ken Doll also claimed that after changing his name from Adnan to Ken, he received many free salon services in Dubai and offers for surgeries and hair transplants from Istanbul.

Ken Doll also talked about all his surgeries in detail, he said, “I had my hair transplant done, I wanted dense hair that’s why I had it, I had my botox done, I had laser for eyebrows but I have a natural good eyebrows, I did not touch my original eyebrows shape, I had my rhinoplasty done because I had a round (droppy) nose, I didn’t feel pain while having rhinoplasty, I had my lip fillers, I had chin fillers, I got my full body laser done and I also do monthly fat freezing of my abdomen area”.
