Aymen Saleem praises TikTok for limiting time spend on screens for minors
Aymen Saleem, a rising star in Lollywood, is one of the industry’s potential talents.
The 30-year-old diva is outspoken about her opinions and doesn’t hesitate to share her thoughts despite having great ties in the entertainment world as the niece of the late South Asian pop princess Nazia Hassan and the daughter of former cricketer Saleem Yousuf.
The Paristan actress uses social media frequently, but she strongly believes that underage users should have limited access and a fixed amount of screen time.
Saleem most recently applauded TikTok, the most widely used video-sharing app, for limiting screen time for kids under the age of 18. Due to teen overuse that could result in exploitation and online abuse, the social media app has decided against implementing the new rules.
A parent or guardian will reportedly need to input a passcode before a minor may continue scrolling or making videos on TikTok, according to media reports.
The firm stated on Wednesday that “The changes are meant to help teens limit their screen time and be more intentional about how much of their day they spend on TikTok,”
The famous Chupke Chupke actress posted an article for a link highlighting the latest modifications on Instagram’s story section.
On the work front, Saleem appeared in the films Chupke Chupke, Ibn-e-Hawa, and Paristan.
