Surprisingly, Pakistan has philanthropists who take part in humanitarian endeavours all year long. These people create markets that provide discounted rates on necessities even during this inflationary period, allowing impoverished households to buy food and supplies for their houses at lower costs. It’s important to note that Muslims believe that people who invest in Allah’s cause will receive seventy times more in return. An identical occurrence happened just two days ago at a Sahara Trust-sponsored charity event. The famous Gandasa, a traditional weapon made famous by the character Maula Jatt in Pakistani cinema, was purchased by a citizen of that country. The proceeds from the auction were given to a good cause.

Have a look to know how for how much it got sold:

A replica of the Gandasa was auctioned for $50,000 at a charity event in Toronto, Canada, making a remarkable donation to the Sahara Trust.

The character of Maula Jatt, played by Fawad Khan in the movie “The Legend of Maula Jatt,” has a sizable fan base, especially in light of how well-received it was in Pakistan. The Gandasa was made popular during the time of Sultan Rahi, a well-known actor in Pakistani cinema, and has since grown to be regarded as a cultural symbol. The Legend of Mola Jutt shattered all records in Pakistan’s entertainment Industry grossing $10 million worldwide.
