We want to share with people what we believe is our unique feature or gift, and we do so through many mediums such as a stage, theatre, stand-up, or one-on-one in a group. When others compliment you, it feels so amazing and fulfilling.

Yet what we’re about to share with you is an extreme adventure sport. It’s known as parkour. This viral video shows three individuals on a high-rise rooftop jumping from one location to another without any safety equipment. They continue on and on, and their coordination is incredible.

That is an outstanding display of their abilities. It reminds me of the 2006 James Bond film Casino Royale, in which Daniel Craig made his debut as 007.

The video has generated numerous reactions. I’m going to share a few with you.

As one of the users wrote, “Watching this is giving me the shivers! 😱😱” Another user wrote, “Is this real or CG? Has my heart in my mouth the entire time…” A third person wrote, “I had anxiety watching this” A fourth user commented, “This happens with me in dreams only. Is this all real?” Another wrote, “No, no, no 😬”

Parkour is a highly specialized adventure sport that is conducted under expert supervision after hard training, practice, and a great deal of patience paired with incredible control. Please do not attempt any of these or other stunts.
