Sania Mirza, a former No. 1 doubles player in the world and a six-time major champion from India, said goodbye to her spectacular tennis career at Hyderabad’s Lal Bahadur Stadium, where it all started for her.

These rumours have been reinforced further by Shoaib Malik‘s absence from Sania Mirza’s recent star-studded retirement party.

Sania looked lovely in a black gown at the lavish event. At the party, Mirza made a dramatic entry with her family. She posed with her parents, darling son Izhaan, sister Anam, and brother-in-law Mohammad Asaduddin for the photographers. Yet many have wondered why Shoaib didn’t turn up, which has further increased the intrigue around their relationship.
