MIANWALI: The woman who accused the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of rape in Mianwali has retracted her statement in court.

A case of alleged rape of a woman was heard in the court of Additional Sessions Judge in Mianwali.

In the court, the woman deviated from her statement and said that no incident of rape happened to her.

After the woman’s statement, the Additional Sessions Judge dismissed the case and released Additional Deputy Commissioner Mianwali.

It should be noted that yesterday, a woman resident of Lahore mentioned in the FIR that she was sexually assaulted for sake of job. After this, Additional Deputy Commissioner Mianwali was arrested.

Earlier, An Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) was arrested in Mianwali for raping a woman.

According to the police, the Additional Deputy Commissioner allegedly raped the woman in Highway Colony.

The woman told the police that the ADC raped her on the pretense of marriage.

The police said that the victim is a resident of Lahore.
