Sessions court issue summon notice to PTI chairman, Bushra Bibi in Nikkah case

A District and Sessions Court of Islamabad on Thursday issued summon notice to PTI chairman and his wife Bushra Bibi for July 13 in Nikkah case.

Sessions Judge East Azam Khan heard the citizen’s surveillance appeal.

A citizen Muhammad Hanif challenged the civil judge’s decision to declare the complaint inadmissible.

Advocate Raja Rizwan Abbasi filed a supervisory appeal on behalf of the citizen.

The appeal stated that the court while declaring the complaint inadmissible did not fulfill all the legal requirements.

Demanded to declare the court’s decision of May 13 null and void.

The appeal added that the court should approve the supervision appeal and start proceedings against PTI chairman.

The civil judge had declared the citizen’s complaint inadmissible over lack of jurisdiction.
