ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court(IHC) reserved its decision on the request to remove the name of former minister Shireen Mazari from the passport control list.

Justice Tariq Jahangiri of the Islamabad High Court heard the petition, in which the Additional Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General appeared in the court on behalf of the federal government.

During the hearing, the court inquired that there are criminal cases against many people in Islamabad, and why only Shireen Mazari’s name was included. On this, the lawyer said that there are 7 cases registered against Shireen Mazari, and her travel history is quite high.

The court said that it did not matter whether the cases were registered or the travel history was high.

Later, after hearing the arguments of the parties, the court reserved its decision on Shireen Mazari’s request.
