Security put on high alert in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD: An alert has been issued regarding the security situation in the federal capital Islamabad and authorities concerned feared that terrorist organizations and anti-state agencies active in Balochistan can take advantage of the situation.
An alert has been issued regarding the security situation in the federal capital Islamabad.
In this regard, it has been said in the ongoing post that the Baloch Solidarity Committee’s protest in front of the National Press Club Islamabad has been going on for three weeks near the red zone. The protest camp of Balochistan Martyrs Forum is also set up in front of the National Press Club.
The letter said that the situation has worsened due to Pakistan-Iran tension, anti-state elements, and terrorist organizations can take advantage of the situation.
The letter has warned that militant organizations and foreign agencies active in Balochistan may attack.
Jamal Raisani of Balochistan Martyrs Forum is already facing threats and the security personnel may also become targets of terrorists and foreign agencies.
