Applicants must submit essential documents, including a passport photocopy, attested copies of degrees and transcripts, a medical examination certificate, and a blood report photocopy.
Proficiency in Chinese or English demonstrated through a language proficiency certificate, is required. Additional documents like study plans, research proposals, letters of intent, statements of purpose, or Ph.D. thesis abstracts are encouraged for comprehensive consideration.
Eligibility criteria include non-Chinese citizenship, good health, and age-appropriate qualifications for the chosen program. Age limits are specified for undergraduates (25), master’s programs (35), and Ph.D. programs (40).
Outstanding academic performance, proficiency in Chinese (HSK4), and meeting language requirements are essential. Applicants with existing Chinese government or organizational scholarships are ineligible, and meeting university and program entry requirements is crucial.
