UAE Weather Alert: More Rain Expected in Fujairah Until Feb 15th

The recent rainy spell in the UAE concluded on Tuesday morning, with most areas experiencing overcast conditions while rainfall primarily affected the eastern regions like Fujairah, Kalba, and Khorfakkan.

Al Ain saw a light rain spell after being hit by hail, yet Sweihan recorded the day’s highest temperature at 27.5°C.

Looking ahead, Fujairah and its environs can anticipate continued rainfall on February 14 and 15, attributed to an upper air depression, a cold air mass, and westerly air currents by the National Center of Meteorology. These weather patterns also influence neighboring Gulf countries.

Temperature-wise, a marginal drop of 2 to 4°C was noted on Monday, particularly in Dubai, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah, with temperatures hovering around 20–22 °C.

However, a temperature rise is expected on Wednesday, accompanied by increased humidity, potentially leading to fog or mist in some areas by early Thursday.

This weather pattern highlights the dynamic climate systems in the UAE, with fluctuations in rainfall, temperature, and humidity across different regions.

Residents and tourists are advised to stay updated with weather reports and exercise caution during adverse weather conditions.
