The Umm Al Quwain Chamber of Commerce and Industry experienced a significant response, receiving over 1,000 job applications within twelve days.

This influx occurred following an announcement on their Instagram platform, indicating the Chamber’s search for local talent across four key positions: Director of the Government and Institutional Communications Office, Head of the Human Resources Department, Strategy and Excellence Specialist, and Founder and Information Systems Developer.

Applications for these roles have since been closed by the Chamber, with plans to contact suitable candidates for future opportunities within their organization.

Additionally, the Chamber introduced a notable initiative to provide full scholarships to young individuals from low-income households in Umm Al Quwain.

In collaboration with Umm Al Quwain University, this program aims to offer encouragement and financial support to these students, enabling them to pursue higher education and achieve academic success.
