Motorola’s division has moved towards excitement by mocking the launch of an upcoming smartphone set for April 3.

Although the device’s name remains hidden, a teaser image shared on X suggests the introduction of a new phone equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset.

Previously, Motorola hinted at a phone with a curved display, a characteristic seen in Edge smartphones. This phone also shared the same rear panel color as today’s teaser. The earlier teaser confirmed it as an Edge phone with the line “Unleash the New Edge.”

Initially risked to be the Edge 50 Pro following leaks last week, newer leaks now suggest an Edge 50 Fusion.

Motorola’s associated text, “Witness the fusion of art and intelligence,” hints at the Edge 50 Fusion’s unveiling on April 3.

However, uncertainty remains regarding the potential presence of the Edge 50 Pro at the launch event.

Reports show the Edge 50 Fusion will feature the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, while the Edge 50 Pro will boast the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. This suggests either false leaks or the possibility of a third Edge phone at the event.

With two weeks left until April 3, we anticipate further official details from Motorola soon.
