The Family Registration Certificate (FRC) in Islamabad contains information about the applicant’s family, whether by birth or marriage.
NADRA is responsible for issuing the identity document upon payment of the required fee. If someone isn’t registered with NADRA and lacks a 13-digit ID number, their information won’t be in the FRC.
You can apply for your FRC either by visiting an NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or using the Pak-Identity website.

Following are the steps that you will be following at the NRC:
If your children are under 18 years old and need to be included in the Family Registration Certificate (FRC), you must bring all of them with you when applying.
You will be issued a token.
Photographs of minors shall be taken.
Pictures of all the children will be taken.
Your data will be entered and reviewed by yourself.
Your required FRC will be printed and handed over.
In cases where children are equal to or greater than 18 years of age

You can apply for your Family Registration Certificate (FRC) online through the Pak-Identity website and have it delivered to your doorstep.
The Family Registration Certificate (FRC) obtained through marriage includes information about the applicant, spouse, and children. The fee for a new FRC is Rs 1,000.
