QUETTA: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has lodged FIR against unknown  armed men over killing 7 labourers in the firing incident in Gwadar, Balochistan province.

A case of killing 7 people in the firing incident in Gwadar yesterday was registered against unknown persons in CTD police station.

According to the CTD spokesperson, a case of target killing of 7 people in Gwadar was registered under various sections including anti-terrorism, murder, attempted murder and explosives act.

The CTD spokesperson said that a case has been registered against unknown armed persons, but no arrests have been made.

It should be noted that in Surbandar area of ​​Gwadar yesterday, unknown armed persons fired and killed 7 people and injured their companion.

The dead people belonged to Mian Channu, Khanewal area of ​​Punjab, whose bodies were sent to their native areas.

On the other hand, no progress has been made in the investigation of the killing of 9 passengers from the bus last month in Nushki district of Balochistan.

It is being claimed by the police that significant progress has been made in the investigation of the Nushki target killing incident, but the people involved in the incident have not been arrested yet.
