The city is expected to reach a high of 40 degrees Celsius today, with forecasts indicating a potential climb to 42 degrees Celsius over the next two days.

The interior regions of Sindh are already experiencing extreme heat, with temperatures soaring to a scorching 53 degrees Celsius this season. This heatwave serves as a stark reminder of the record-breaking temperature of 54 degrees Celsius recorded in Turbat in May 2017, marking it as the highest ever documented in Pakistan’s history.
