NADRA CNIC Normal, Urgent and Executive Fee for June 2024
Pakistani individuals planning to work in Malaysia must obtain a National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) from Nadra.
Any Pakistani citizen is eligible to apply for a NICOP and can travel to Pakistan without needing a visa if they have dual nationality. When applying for a NICOP for newborn babies born abroad, a passport number is a necessary requirement.
You can obtain your NICOP by visiting either a NADRA Registration Center (NRC) or by using the Pak-Identity website.
NADRA Registration Center (NRC)
You can apply for NICOP by going to the nearest NADRA Registration Center (NRC).
Following are the steps that you will be following at the NRC:
You will be issued a token.
Your photograph will be captured.
Your fingerprints and signature will be taken.
Your required data entry will be done, and the form will be printed to be reviewed by yourself.
You will be handed a printed version of your application form.

You can apply for your Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) through the Pak Identity website and have it delivered directly to your doorstep.
Got it! The normal fee for a new NICOP in Pakistan is Rs 5,820; the urgent fee is Rs 8,730; and the executive fee is Rs 11,640.
The online fees for a new NICOP differ slightly, with the normal fee being $20, the urgent fee at $30, and the executive fee at $40.
