KARACHI: The Hunarmand Programme Initiative, a pivotal step towards empowering Pakistan’s youth, is rapidly gaining traction in Sindh. Supported by the Government of Pakistan, this initiative aims to equip young people with practical and in-depth skills through its 3-month and 6-month certification programs.

Part of the larger “Hunarmand Pakistan” program, this initiative has been praised by Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training, Shafqat Mehmood, for its role in modernizing technical training. The program has successfully trained 17,000 youth in high-tech trades, preparing them for the modern market’s demands.

The Hunarmand Programme Initiative offers over 24 certified courses, providing a pathway for youth to enter the digital world with hands-on practice and internship opportunities. Upon completion of their courses, participants receive an accredited e-certification, verifiable online. This certification opens doors to joining the program’s internship program, further enhancing their practical experience.

This initiative goes beyond mere skill development; it aims to reshape Pakistan’s technology, education, and industry sectors. By embracing the 4th Industrial Revolution and emerging technologies, the program fosters business opportunities and economic growth.
