ISLAMABAD – Most parts of Pakistan will experience mainly hot and dry weather, with the central and southern plains being very hot in the next 12 hours.

However, partly cloudy weather with light rain or thunderstorms is expected in isolated areas of Gilgit-Baltistan and upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during the evening and night.

The temperature of major cities recorded this morning was:

Islamabad: 21°C, Lahore and Karachi: 30°C, Peshawar: 24°C, Quetta: 17°C, Gilgit: 15°C, Murree: 11°C, and Muzaffarabad: 20°C.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy weather in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while Jammu will experience hot and dry weather.
