ISLAMABAD: The federal government constituted a five-member joint investigation team (JIT) to investigate an organized anti-state social media campaign.

According to the announcement issued by the Ministry of Interior, a joint investigation team headed by IG Islamabad Police will identify the accused, after which they will be prosecuted according to law.

According to the statement, IG Islamabad Police will be the convener of the Joint Investigation Team while Director Federal Investigation Agency  Cyber ​​Crime, Director Counter Terrorism Wing FIA, DIG Investigation Islamabad Police and SSP CTD Islamabad Police. The members of the JIT will be.
