LHC orders LEA to ensure recovery of Shahbaz Gill’s brother

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court(LHC) ordered the law enforcement agencies (LEA) to ensure the recovery of Shahbaz Gill’s brother.

Justice Amjad Rafiq of Lahore High Court heard the petition filed for the recovery of Shahbaz Gill’s brother, in which Punjab Interior Secretary Noor ul amin Mengal, DIG Operations Faisal Kamran and other relevant officials appeared in the court.

During the hearing, the public prosecutor said that on Monday, the geo-fencing data was obtained on the order of the court and the data is being analysed. The public prosecutor said that if the call is made on WhatsApp, the number will be received, if the regular number is dialed, it will not be received.

IG Operations told the court that LEA could not find out about Shahbaz Gill’s brother, Justice Amjad Rafique remarked that your faces show that you are helpless.

During the hearing, the petitioner requested that the life of Shahbaz Gill’s brother is in danger, the court should order his recovery.
