TTP commander Noor Wali booked in audio call leaked case

PESHAWAR:  The chief of the banned organization Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), Noor Wali Mehsud, has been booked in a terrorism case.

According to security sources, a case has been registered against Noor Wali Mehsud and Ghat Haji in Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) North Waziristan police station, in which anti-terrorism provisions have been added.

Security sources said that under the Anti-Terrorism Act, an FIR has also been registered in Police Station CTD Dera Ismail Khan, a case of attack on a rural health center has been registered in Kiri Shamozai  area of  Dera Ismail Khan.

It should be noted that a secret call between Noor Wali Mehsud and Ahmed Hussain alias Ghat Haji was revealed in which Noor Wali Mehsud was instructing Ghat Haji to target schools and hospitals in Pakistan.

Earlier, Pakistan has decided to pursue legal action against Noor Wali Mehsud, the leader of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and decided to carry out forensics of leaked phone call of terrorist.

Earlier, an alleged leaked phone call of Noor Wali Mehsud, the head of the TTP in Afghanistan, was revealed, in which he was giving instructions for terrorism in Pakistan.

In the leaked call recording, Noor Wali instructs Ahmed Hussain to blow up hospitals, government properties and schools.
