By mid-September, prices saw a slight decline, influenced by factors such as higher supply, reduced demand, and measures aimed at controlling costs. During this period, a 50kg cement bag was priced around Rs1,480 to Rs1,500.

Leading brands like Lucky Cement, Maple Leaf, and Bestway were priced between Rs1,480 and Rs1,530, while more affordable options, like Flaying, ranged from Rs1,465 to Rs1,480.
