LAHORE: A man killed his wife and sister in the name of honour in Sattoo Katla area of ​​Lahore.

According to the police, the suspect named Shaan escaped after shooting and killing his 25-year-old wife Hina and 24-year-old sister Sahrish.

The police said the residents of the neighborhood said that the accused Sham suspected the role of his wife Hina and sister Sahrish.

The forensic team of the police shifted the bodies to the mortuary of the hospital for post-mortem after collecting the evidence.

Deputy Inspector General of Police(DIG) Operations Faisal Kamran, taking notice, has sought a report from Superintendent of Police Saddar.

Police officials say that all aspects of the double murder will be investigated.

Singh and Chiniot) remained at the top with most number of honour killings during the last 11 years with 630 such cases being reported.  Similarly, the Multan region (Multan, Lodhran, Khanewal and Vehari) was second on the list with 430 cases of honour killings.
