PHC grants protective bail to Gandapur

PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has approved the protective bail of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.

Peshawar High Court has issued a written order on Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur’s protective bail petition.

The written order states that the petitioner is the Chief Minister of the province, according to the lawyer, the federal and Punjab government wants to arrest Ali Amin and these fears are correct.

The court order further states that the petitioner has surrendered himself before the court, hence the petition is granted in part and protective bail is granted.

The court ordered that the petitioner not be arrested by any police or agency, and that the petitioner appear before the concerned courts by November 5.
