LAHORE: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested five agents involved in human trafficking and visa fraud from Gujranwala and Gujarat.

The FIA arrested five individuals from Gujranwala and Gujarat who are involved in human trafficking and visa fraud.

The FIA ​​spokesperson said that among the arrested accused are Farooq Adil, Nazakat Ali, Muhammad Asif, Muhammad Arsalan and Adnan Ali. The accused used to send innocent citizens abroad illegally.

FIA spokesman further said that the arrested accused Farooq collected 1.4 million by pretending to be a Romanian job. The accused Nizakat got five million from people to send them to Libya and Europe.

FIA ​​spokesperson said the accused Asif extorted 1.1 million from a citizen by pretending to work in Kyrgyzstan, while the accused Arsalan took 1.03 million by pretending to work in Kuwait.

The FIA ​​spokesperson further said that the accused Adnan stole 1.3 million in the name of sending the citizen to Italy for employment.
