Security forces kill four terrorists including ring leader in Khyber

RAWALPINDI: Security forces on Saturday killed four terrorists (khwarij) including ring leader in an intelligence based operation (IBO) in Khyber District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

According to the Inter Services public Relations (ISPR), own troops effectively engaged the terrorists (khwarij) location, as a result of which, four terrorists (khwarij) including Khwarji ring leaders Aziz ur Rehman@ Qari Ismail and Mukhlis were sent to hell, while two terrorists (khwarij) got injured.

Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists (khwarij), who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities in the area against the security forces as well as killing of innocent civilians.

Sanitization operation is being conducted to eliminate any other terrorist (khwarij) found in the area as the security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of terrorism from the country.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that on the night of January 22-23, security forces detected a group of militants attempting to infiltrate the Pakistan-Afghanistan border in the Sambaza area of Zhob District.
