KARACHI: A bike rider was killed after being by a water tanker near Jail Chowrangi area of Karachi, following this enraged people set five tankers on fire.

According to police, water tanker drivers were allegedly racing. During this time the motorcycle was hit.

Rescue officials said that one person riding a motorcycle was killed in a traffic accident. The deceased person could not be identified.

According to police, angry people set fire to five water tankers near Jail Chowrangi. However, the fire brigade extinguished the tankers’ fire.

On the other hand, Sindh Home Minister Zia Hassan Lanjar took notice of the burning of tankers near Jail Chowrangi. According to the statement, the Home Minister Sindh sought a report from the police officials.
