Supreme Court introduces new method of e-filing cases

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP)  has introduced a new e-filing system  at the Institution Desk.

According to a notification issued by the Registrar Supreme Court, a new e-filing system has been introduced in the court, after which cases and applications can now be submitted online.

“This initiative not only aims to reduce paperwork and expedite legal processes, but also seeks to enhance transparency and accessibility across the judicial system.”

The digital filing will begin in the Supreme Court from March 17, 2025.

The notification said that e-filing in the Supreme Court would bring more transparency to the judicial system.
