KARACHI: The Karachi is set to host the global ‘One Run’ half marathon May 24, 2025, marking the city’s second time partnering in this international sporting event.

The One Run is recognized as the world’s largest half marathon, bringing together more than 200,000 runners from various cities across the globe. Similarly, over 2,000 participants are expected to take part in the Karachi.

In addition to the half marathon, the event will also include 1 km, 5 km, and 10 km races, catering to runners of all ages and fitness levels.

Held simultaneously in cities across the world, One Run unites hundreds of thousands of runners who demonstrate their athletic spirit on a single day.

In Karachi, the race will kick off from the Emaar Sales Centre in DHA, with over 2,000 participants expected to take part.

Commenting on the event, organizer Shoaib Nizami said, “We are delighted to be partnering with One Run for the second time. It is an honor for Karachi to be part of this global initiative once again”.
