Jaffar Express train derails after bomb explosion in Jacobabad

JACOBABAD: An explosion on the railway track near the vegetable market in Jacobabad caused five coaches of the Jaffar Express to derail.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Saddam Khaskheli said no casualties were reported.

Railway Police confirmed that the blast occurred while the Jaffar Express was passing over the track. Following the incident, train operations were suspended on the affected route.

The Bomb Disposal Squad is currently investigating the nature of the explosion, and authorities have launched a full investigation into the suspected sabotage.
