Four killed in armed clash between rival groups in Mardan

MARDAN: At least four people were killed and one sustained injuries in an exchange of gunfire between two rival groups in the Kot Ismailzai area of Mardan.

According to police officials, the incident occurred following a heated verbal altercation between members of the opposing groups. The argument quickly escalated, leading to an exchange of gunfire that resulted in multiple casualties.

In exchange for the shooting, three people from one group and another group died on the spot.

Police have launched an investigation into the incident, and efforts are underway to arrest those involved.

The bodies have been shifted to the hospital for postmortem examination, while the injured individual is receiving medical treatment.

On the other hand, an old body was found several days from a house in Saadi Town, Karachi.

According to rescue officials, the body was found from a house in the scheme 33 Saadi Town, identified as 50 -year -old Zafar, but the cause was not known.

Rescue officials said that the deceased Zafar was living alone in the house. The body of the deceased has been shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Police say the investigation into the incident has begun and evidence is being collected.
