Karachi Braces for Heavy Monsoon Spell Starting July 28

Karachi: The skies over Karachi are set to remain partially cloudy today, with the possibility of light rain or drizzle expected in the evening or night.

The city recorded a minimum temperature of 29 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels at 75%. The maximum temperature is anticipated to reach 35 degrees Celsius.

Winds are currently blowing at 18 kilometers per hour.

According to the Meteorological Department, a new spell of monsoon winds is expected to bring heavy rainfall with thunder and lightning to Karachi starting July 28.

Residents should prepare for significant downpours as this new system is likely to cause substantial precipitation across the city.
