Web Desk: Karachi may experience scattered drizzle or rain this morning and tonight. The Meteorological Department predicts humid and cloudy conditions will persist throughout the next 24 hours, impacting the city’s weather landscape.

Meanwhile, monsoon winds are entering in eastern regions of Sindh, including Tharparkar, Nagarparkar, and Fist, bringing rainfall to these areas under the prevailing weather system.

The metrological department forecasts that this rainfall is expected to continue till July 5, providing relief to the local environment.

On the other side, the meteorological department has forecast heavy rains in parts of Islamabad, upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir today. Citizens in these areas are advised to stay alert and take necessary precautions.

The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) has issued an alert for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where heavy rainfall is expected from July 5 to 11. There is also a heightened risk of flooding in the Chitral River, Swat River, Panjkora River, and Kabul River during this period.
