Tashkent, Uzbekistan: The Pakistan Under-19 volleyball team has continued its impressive run at the World Under-19 Volleyball Championship, securing a dominant 3-0 victory against higher-ranked Puerto Rico.

This win marks Pakistan’s fourth consecutive triumph in the tournament, solidifying their position in the knockout round.

On Monday, the 19th-ranked Pakistani squad faced off against 13th-ranked Puerto Rico. Demonstrating exceptional prowess and teamwork, Pakistan swept their opponents with set scores of 25-20, 25-20, and 25-15.

Key players Yahya, Irfan, Ajmal, and Saud delivered outstanding performances, contributing significantly to the team’s victory. Their stellar play has been a consistent factor in Pakistan’s success throughout the championship.

The Green Shirts have already secured their spot in the event’s knockout stage, showcasing their potential as strong contenders in the tournament. Pakistan is set to play their final group stage match today against Argentina.
