Hangu: Three personnel of the Federal Constabulary (FC) were martyred and 17 others injured in a terrorist attack on an FC fort in the Doaba area of Thal tehsil, officials confirmed.

According to Superintendent of Police (SP) Operations Asad Zubair, the assault took place in Tora Warai, where militants targeted the FC installation.

Police officials said security forces responded promptly to the attack, and the injured were shifted to nearby medical facilities.

The SP operations say that the terrorists fled in response to the police and the FC.

SP Asad Zubair says the injured personnel were shifted to Doaba Hospital.
